Fracturing Unit is the main equipment used in fracturing operations. Its function is to inject high-pressure, large-volume fracturing fluid into the wellbore, open the formation, and squeeze the proppant into the fractures. It primarily includes the chassis truck, deck engine, gearbox, plunger pump, radiator, and control system. Fracturing equipment is mainly used for various fracturing operations in deep wells, mid-depth wells, and shallow wells of shale gas, coalbed methane, and other oil and gas fields. The equipment can operate in both single-machine and multi-machine configurations.

2. Powered by a 2500hp Caterpillar engine, matched with a TH series gearbox (or equivalent power), providing superior performance and higher efficiency.

Performance Features of the YL105-1800/YL105-2000 Acid-Fracturing Unit:
The 1400-2000 model fracturing truck (1800 model) is primarily used for various fracturing operations in deep, mid-depth, and shallow wells in oil and gas fields. It can also be used for hydraulic sandblasting, high-pressure hydraulic coal mining in coal mines, high-pressure hydraulic rust removal on ships, and other operations. The equipment can operate in both single-machine and multi-machine configurations. It mainly consists of the chassis, deck diesel engine, liquid heater, hydraulic transmission, drive shaft, brake device, silicone oil shock absorber, fracturing pump, lubrication system, air system, hydraulic system, instrumentation control system, high-pressure discharge manifold, low-pressure suction manifold, swivel joints, and lighting system.
