Main structural characteristics:
1. Composed of two main parts: the power end assembly and the fluid end assembly.
2. Features an integrated crankshaft structure with involute helical gears mounted at both ends of the crankshaft to transmit power. This design effectively reduces axial thrust, lowers noise in the gear transmission, and extends gear life.
3. The pump is lightweight, compact, and capable of high pressure, making it a standard product for 1800 series fracturing units.
4. The fluid end and power end are connected by 12 alloy steel tie rods. When removing the fluid end, the tie rods remain attached to the power end. The connection between the plunger and the small connecting rod uses clamp connections, making disassembly and maintenance of the fluid end convenient.
5. The fluid end assembly accommodates three different sizes of plungers (4", 4.5" and 5") to achieve various pressures and displacements for customer selection.
