Main structural characteristics:
1. Composed of two main parts: the power end assembly and the fluid end assembly.
2. Features a double-key eccentric wheel structure for the crankshaft, with involute helical gears mounted at both ends of the crankshaft to transmit power and counteract axial forces. The large and small gears are housed inside the pump casing, optimizing space utilization and reducing the overall width of the pump, which benefits the pump layout.
3. The pump is lightweight, compact, and capable of high pressure, making it suitable for small fracturing units (skid-mounted).
4. The fluid end and power end are connected by 8 alloy steel tie rods. When removing the fluid end, the tie rods remain attached to the power end. The connection between the plunger and the crosshead uses threaded connections, making disassembly and maintenance of the fluid end easy.
5. The fluid end assembly accommodates four different sizes of plungers (3.75", 4", 4.5" and 5") to achieve various pressures and displacements for customer selection.
