It has been innovatively improved through the introduction of advanced foreign concepts and design ideas, specifically designed for long-duration operations such as slurry injection. The KTN500 pump is primarily used in various skid-mounted mud pump units, such as the 25-380 skid-mounted pump unit.

1. The pump consists of three main parts: the power end assembly, the fluid end assembly, and the connection box.
2. The crankshaft adopts a double-key split eccentric structure, while both the pinion shaft and the main shaft are made of alloy steel.
3. The fluid end pump head body features a modular design, with each pump head segment corresponding to a piston assembly, which facilitates replacement, maintenance, and reduces costs.
4. The cylinder sleeves are made from high-quality alloy steel, offering wear and corrosion resistance. The piston diameter can be adjusted by replacing the sleeve, allowing for different pressure and flow outputs.
5. The fluid end assembly is equipped with five different piston sizes (100, 110, 120, 130, 140 mm), offering various pressure and flow options for customers to choose from.
