The 2"-30 MPa valve is suitable for high-pressure differential pipelines, used for flow regulation with linear adjustment characteristics. It can be used in high-pressure fluid control pipelines, reciprocating plunger pumps, pressure vessels, and equipment operating under high-pressure and high-flow conditions with a maximum working pressure ≤30MPa.
The valve body is made from forged and welded structure. The valve stem (disc) is 304 stainless steel, treated for solid solution, offering resistance to cavitation erosion and wear. The valve seat is overlay welded with Stellite hard alloy, allowing media to flow from the upper part of the seat through multi-stage synchronous throttling within the valve chamber to regulate flow, with high pressure differential tolerance and reduced cavitation. The valve has good guidance and tight closure. During operation, the electric actuator moves the valve stem (disc) vertically to adjust the flow. When closed, the conical sealing surfaces come into contact to achieve reliable sealing. The valve core uses multi-stage throttling to control each stage's pressure differential under cavitation pressure, effectively managing cavitation and reducing noise. The sealing is excellent, with zero leakage, and the sleeve features multi-porous synchronous throttling for optimal adjustment performance.
