The plug valve consists of components such as the valve body, plug, and sealing arc pieces (see Figure 1 for details). Its operating principle is as follows: the flow rate is controlled by adjusting the position of the plug through a handwheel. The seal between the valve body and the plug is achieved using sealing arc pieces. Due to the high precision in the processing of these sealing arc pieces and the use of a special grinding process, the product ensures no leakage under high-pressure operating conditions.

3. Simple Maintenance: The plug valve can be maintained without removing it from the pipeline, and disassembly does not require special tools.
4. Excellent Sealing and Corrosion Resistance: The finely machined plug uses a special coating process for superior sealing and corrosion resistance.
5. Visible Valve Position: The plug cap has clear markings indicating whether the valve is fully open or closed. A brake spring holds the valve in the desired position.

Operating Parameters
1.Operators should select appropriate temperature values based on the temperatures the equipment will encounter during drilling or production.
2.The plug valve undergoes strict hydrostatic testing and non-destructive testing before leaving the factory. After disassembly or maintenance, hydrostatic testing must be performed at the rated working pressure, with pressure held for 10 minutes without leakage (Note: Air must be removed from the system before testing).
3.Operators should wear protective goggles during installation to prevent injury from small debris.
Warnings
1.Do not use the valve beyond its rated working pressure.
2.The design working temperature for the plug valve is -46°C to 121°C. Stop use immediately if the environment temperature drops below -46°C or if the fluid temperature exceeds 121°C.
3.Do not disassemble the plug valve under system pressure.
4.Ensure the hammering force or tightening force does not deform or damage the nuts.
